Lily has over 13 years’ experience in marketing communications and brand building. Prior to founding atomz, she identified a method of merging creative process with business strategies to create communication impact for projects in Asia, Europe and Africa.
She has amassed experience across a range of government and private sectors—from IT, logistics, and educational to recruitment, events, and destinations/attractions.
Today, Lily leads both atomz and carbon. And has successfully unite both the traditional and interactive arms to offer clients fully integrated solutions for their communications needs.

Director, Business Development
Ho Soo Toon
Soo Toon (ST) is an accountant by training. He has collected a wealth of knowledge in building enterprises and over two decades of global experience in corporate financial management.
His strategic and leadership skills have helped two enterprises expand beyond its initiative capabilities.
Alongside his responsibilities of keeping atomz’s financial health in check, ST also fronts strategic plans to expand the group’s presence in the industry.

Director, Client Development
Chew Lip Heng
Chew is a seasoned man in the creative servicing. Before joining atomz, he helms productions for TV broadcast, and corporate/government videos as executive producer.
His ability to handover projects on time and within budget has garnered him trust from clients. More importantly, it allows him to build profitable relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
Today, he leads a team of account managers from both atomz and carbon—managing and making things happen at every stage of the project and beyond.

Creative Director
Albert Lee
Albert heads the creative department at both atomz and carbon. His leadership has helped the two arms win key accounts for the last five years. His creative craft, meanwhile, has been recognised with local and international awards for advertising and design.
Prior to atomz, he received the mentorship of prominent local creative directors such as Leo Teck Leong and Frank Young. This, in turn, has enabled him to bring out the best in the creative teams under his charge.

Manager, Strategic Planning
Stephen Chong
Stephen is passionate about uncovering insights that bring fresh perspectives for brands and campaigns. Well-versed in both advertising and PR, he balances strategic thinking in marketing with both aspects.
He has amassed regional experience across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, in sectors from retail, leisure, banking and finance, electronics, lifestyle, and governmental.
